In a life time of running, out of necessity, I've met many physiotherapists. However, in the last 5 years, I've only dealt with Wayne. His holistic assessments, pragmatic management plans and individual client centered approach have led to the most successful and enjoyable running period of my life. However, as a rehabilitation doctor, i have found his most his outstanding feature is his incredible clinical acumen in diagnosing lower limb problems.

Wayne's superb diagnostic skills are what make the difference. Identifying the problem by both listening to me and careful examination born of a real understanding of anatomy has enabled him to ensure that I have been able to continue to train and been race fit for my key events. Thank you.

We have used Wayne Fish? physio and rehab services for several years and have found his treatment and diagnostic skills a valuable aid to recovery. He has kept me running and many of the fellow runners I know. We have no hesitation in recommending Wayne to our customers.

I have worked with and been treated by Wayne for a number of sporting injuries over the years. His vast experience and knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is second to none. This allows him to get to the bottom of the problem and ensures a speedy recovery. I would not see anyone else!!!!
Dr Alison Dickson, General Practitioner
A few years ago I developed two bulged disks in my spine, which forced me to stop running. I saw several experts, and some said I'd never run again. Then I saw Wayne. Within 3 months he had me running, and now, a year later, I regularly run 10 miles, with no back pain whatsoever. His approach is clear, uncomplicated and focused. He helps you understand your condition, and gives you confidence in your recovery. He's simply the best physio I have ever met.

Wayne initially saw me for a problem with my heel that was not showing any sign of improvement. I had previously been given a diagnosis of planterfasciitis and was advised I needed a steroid injection. As this was affecting my ability to run and to be on my feet for long periods of time this was something I seriously considered. Fortunately I was able to discuss my problem with Wayne. His knowledge and his skill of assessing and treating this type of injury enabled an immediate improvement in my problem. Within 6 weeks I was back to my normal activities. If you have a sporting injury I would recommend you see Wayne

I was recommended to see Wayne by the staff at Running Bear - I'd been experiencing pain in my hip for a couple of years and been through months of previous treatment but the problem had never resolved completely. I'd been told that I would probably have to limit my running and was also given a steroid injection which hadn't helped. As I'd been experiencing pain for so long I was a bit sceptical as to whether anything could be done but upon discussing the issue with Wayne it was immediately apparent that he had the skill and knowledge to be able to identify the cause of the issue and it started to get better immediately. I only needed a few treatment sessions to get back to running longer distances without any problems. I would definitely recommend you see Wayne to help with any sporting injury.

I cannot recommend Wayne Fish highly enough. By the time I met Wayne I had already seen two physiotherapists and one chiropractor in an attempt to resolve a running injury that was causing severe hip and back pain.
Within eight sessions, Wayne resolved my hip and back symptoms whilst also treating the underlying cause of my injury, my hamstring. Importantly, Wayne explains the causal and kinetic relationship of injuries so not only does he 'fix' the problem, you understand why the injury occurred in the first place.
